Scrolling in Chrome lines up to what your OS does. MacOS has bouncy scrollers everywhere, so it was a bug (and felt uncanny) that Chrome didn't support it in non-root scrollers. On Linux (which IIRC you are also on) you won't get bouncy scroll, as it doesn't do that by itself.Bramus
